Autumn has been pretty warm this year, leaves turned colors a little later than usual and that allowed us to see the last colors even this late, in mid November. Temperature is turning down now, though, and winter is coming.
The weather was cold and cloudy in the morning but luckily the sun made it through the low clouds and we could admire the bright colors of alders and birch trees.
I love fall!
It's in my blood.
Since I was given my first camera, when I was a little kid, I have always been fascinated by capturing in a shot what my eyes were seeing around me. The beauty of nature or the smile of a friend, an event or an emotion... Precious pearls to be framed in a photo. Whether freezing a movement or moving the stillness, looking at normality through a different angle or portraying the exceptional, I can choose different perspectives, I can catch reality. I think this passion is in my blood, I inherited it from my Grandpa and then from my Dad, and it has always had a great influence in my life. Come and follow me in my journey searching impressions of life.

Fall Again
I really love this season, wonderful and visually striking with an explosion of colors all around us. And when there is a sunny day like last Saturday, the beauty of nature is even more extraordinary.
I want to share a few more Autumn images taken during a quick visit to a natural park not far from home, the Parco di Montevecchia e valle del Curone, where Denise and I spent a few hours, looking for nice spots to photograph. Thanks to Cristina for the tip!

Light and Colors
Spring is definitely here and finally Nature is waking up after the winter sleep. Temperature is mild and taking a walk in the park is very pleasant, with colors and flowers everywhere.
Natural beauties surround me and my camera is the perfect "tool" to reveal even the littlest things that often remain unseen or unnoticed by many. And it's too important to stop and look at what is around us, to appreciate what the Lord has given us and to thank Him for being able to witness such wonderful creation.
Light and colors play together to make Nature even more beautiful and I can't resist to try and grasp at least a little glimpse of that beauty...

Frosty Magic
Today it's been raining the whole day, but for the past couple of weeks we had good weather... good and very cold, especially in the morning. Because of the temperature close to zero, the frost created wonderful decorations on the leaves, grass and little plants all around. Finally, last Saturday I got up early and took a walk to shoot some pictures. For all the shots I used macro extension tubes.
